| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | December 2019 | 5 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth The upcoming holiday season is something we look forward to for many reasons. Several trees will be set up in the Lodge lobby, and tags will be available for residents to purchase gifts for less fortunate children. Many people benefit from the generosity of all! For many years now, the Board approves funding to decorate the outside of the Lodge, Gazebo and our main entrance. This year, the Lodge and the Gazebo will have multi-colored lighting. I encourage all of you to invite friends and family during this holiday season to come see the beautifully decorated Lodge and its surroundings. We are blessed with many giving, generous people who dedicate a lot of their time to this endeavor. If you are new to the community and you have not had the opportunity to volunteer to help decorate the Lodge, please consider volunteering. As this year draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of you for your trust and support in allowing me to serve your community for 12 years. More importantly, I would like to acknowledge our management staff members who, without their collective efforts, would make managing your community very difficult, if not impossible. They are: • Mari Salazar, Assistant General Manager • Louise Ceccarelli, Activities Director • Maria Donti, ARC/Administrative Assistant • Our Lodge attendants Janet, Brenda, Julie, Tracie, Katie, and Elyse We are very fortunate to have a management staff that really cares about providing the best customer service to each and every one of you, that makes every effort to be good stewards of your money, and that strive to do their best to meet the daily challenges that come with managing an active adult community! We also gratefully acknowledge our Board of Directors: President Jim Hatcher, Vice President Jim Crase, Secretary Tony Criscenti, Treasurer Ken Pounders, and Board Members Gene Hikel, Greg Rockvam and Cliff Post. They give us their full support and encouragement and most importantly, willingly volunteer many hours of service to the Four Seasons community. As we look forward to enjoying the holidays, may you and your loved ones enjoy the peace and blessings of the holiday season! As a final note, I want to remind pet owners to deposit your pet's droppings in a proper waste container, like yours! Please refrain from throwing them in the planters or on the golf course.
