Glitz & Glam for the HOlidays Mon., Dec. 16, 5 pm, Free lodge ballroom Join us in the Lodge Ballroom as Vanessa Jackson from Arbonne International gives skincare tips and a history of the makeup industry. This is both an educational and tutorial event to help educate men and women on proper skincare techniques. Delicious snacks will be served along with product testing and games. Topics include: • Ingredients in skincare and makeup industry (rendering, parabens, etc.) • Discuss the importance of skincare for the best skin • Review of Anti-Aging skincare range (face wash, eye cream, etc.) • Discuss how to get the best holiday "full coverage" makeup look • Review of the makeup used for the demo and discussion of facts/key benefits • Plus tips for each item • Instructional on an easy way to color match the face & create a radiant "full coverage" look (volunteer model will be selected) Lounge night with Mondo a Go-Go Fri., Dec. 6, 5:30 - 8:30 pm • free Mountain View Lodge Ballroom Join us for an evening of dancing and fun as we welcome Mondo a Go-G0! New Year's Eve party Tues., Dec. 31, 7 pm - 12:30 am $38 • Lodge Ballroom Join us in the Mountain View Lodge as we ring in the New Year here at Solera Diamond Valley. We are keeping the Clubhouse open until 12:30 am as we eat drink and celebrate the new year! Price includes entertainment, delicious catered food from Alfaro Catering and a champagne toast. Starting the evening's entertainment is Main Street Swing Band, a high energy 11-piece band that is sure to get you out on the floor. Following Main Street, we are bringing in DJ Purcell to close out the evening and send the party into high gear! Theme color for the evening is red. Christmas Cart Caroling Tues., Dec. 10, 4 pm • free Join us for an evening of holiday cheer as SDV residents gather for our annual Christmas cart caroling. All participants are to gather in the Lodge parking lot at 4 pm. Residents who would like carolers to sing to them, look for the caroling signs in your area. Either way, come join us for this festive annual event. Following caroling residents are invited to congregate in the Lodge back patio for hot coffee and cookies. Holiday Craft Night Thurs., Dec. 12, 5 pm • $30 per person Silverwood Room Come and join Tiffani Klundt as we create Christmas card holders and a Christmas count down display for the holidays. These crafts are super easy and don't require a lot of experience. You can choose to do one or both. Delicious appetizers and wine will be served. December December
