| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | January 2020 | 5 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth Happy New Year everyone. I hope all of you were able to spend time with friends and family during the holidays. This season, the Lodge was beautifully decorated by JoAnn Sopata and her many volunteers. A big thank you to all of them! We hope you had a chance to bring your family members to the Lodge to see the beautifully decorated trees and arrangements. The restrooms were decorated… even the men's restroom. Woo hoo! We've experienced another year that seemed like it went faster than the last. January signals the start of many things that relate to managing your association. A couple items worth mentioning are the upcoming annual meeting in April and the year-end financial audit report from the CPA, also due in April. Next month, you will receive information on the Board elections and in March, the Notice of Election for the annual Meeting will be mailed out. This year, four positions are up for election. As always, your vote and submitting your ballot is necessary to achieve quorum for the election. More to come. We were sorry to see Louise, our Activities Director of seven years, retire in December and we wished her all the best. We have welcomed Tracie Rodgers, our new Activities Director, to our management team. The transition has been seamless and she is acclimating to her role very well. Tracie is a long-time Hemet resident and previously worked at Golden Village for many years as their Activities Director. We're glad to have her! Lastly, our staff family and I hope that you had a peaceful holiday season with your loved ones and we hope that this year brings continued good health for all.
