| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | January 2020 | 23 Women In Touch (WIT) As many of you know, there is a very special group of ladies here in the community who have bonded together to form the WIT Team. This group of ladies all share a common bond, the loss of the love of their life. This group of ladies meets the first Monday of every month in the Ballroom at 5 pm for dinner and lively conversation. We are your support group and this is your invitation to come join us and be a part of the WIT Team here at Four Seasons. Crocheting and knitting can be very relaxing, but it's not always easy to find the time to sit and work on a project without any interruptions. That's just one of the reasons why I enjoy Needle Me. It's time set aside to just sit and work on a project while enjoying the company of friends. Pictured here are two beautiful shawls that Brenda Beers has completed since we started Needle Me, just a few short months ago. The one with the pockets (modeled by Brenda's sister) was for her Mom who is in a care facility and the other one is a retirement gift for a friend. The stitch is called the Victoria Stitch. Some of the ladies in the group also crafted some hats and scarves for the veterans and their families for Christmas. So if you're interested in any type of needle work, please join us on the first and fourth Friday of each month at 1 pm in the Arts & Crafts Room at the Lodge. Hope to see you there!
