Happy New Year! We have lived into another decade, more challenges, more opportunities, more relationships. Welcome 2020. I hope your holidays were memorable and fruitful. Full of the things that delight you, your family and friends. How about those holiday parties? Did you have too much libation or too little? Did the host allow for the right football game on TV or did they have one of those new TV streaming services that they didn't quite know how to operate (therefore, no game at all). I hope this didn't happen to anyone. My hat is off to all those wonderful volunteers that decorated the Lodge. Have you seen so many beautiful Christmas trees in one place? From the smallest to the largest trees and wreaths, you could see all the care that went into the décor. Again, thanks to all who participated. What can you expect for the New Year? January will be exciting with Board of Directors elections coming up. If you are interested in learning about the candidates, their information will be available in April. We still need help with the Disaster Preparedness Team. When I say we in this instance I am talking about any able-bodied individual residing within the gates of Four Seasons Hemet. Do you know who your street captain is? If not, please consider volunteering to cover your area. Flag volunteers are a small group from the Golf Cart Club. We look to them on patriotic holidays, like Veterans Day, to place the flags in our front yards. A special shout out to Don Simms and Mike McLaughlin for their hard work and dedication. Job well done guys! Until next time we wish you a Happy New Year. See you at the next Board meeting. Message from the Board of Directors 2 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | January 2020 | Sincerely, and on behalf of your Board of Directors, Jim Crase, Tony Criscenti, Gene Hikel, Ken Pounders, Cliff Post and Greg Rockvam Jim Hatcher President
