Our November event Dueling Pianos was a great success and if you didn't make it this year be sure not to miss it next year. Many thanks to Sandy Richmond for bringing back this talented duo. This is the month to pay your dues. They are only $10 and must be paid in order to participate in any of our exciting events. Back by popular demand is our Chili and Salsa Cook off! Come cheer your favorite football team in the NFL Playoffs. This event will be on Jan. 19 at the Elks Lodge, 1465 E. 6th Street, Beaumont. There will be TVs galore that will telecast two games at a time so come and cheer and jeer your teams. The cost is $5 per person and please indicate on your check if your will be making a chili or a salsa. Bob Walter and Jeff Van Haren will be heading this event. There will be prizes for the best chili and salsa and other surprises as well so get your checks in as soon as possible. February 2020 is Carnival time so come and celebrate with us at Rio night! If you missed last year you missed an amazing time so don't let this year go by without joining us for this fabulous celebration. Get in the spirit and dress like you were going to party on the streets of Rio De Janeiro a prize will be given for the best masquerade costume. This is just a suggestion not required. We will be at the South Clubhouse on Feb. 16 at 6 pm for cocktails, dinner at 6:30 pm and a band you love will be playing. Cost will be $25 pp which includes dinner.
