It's February, and while this winter hasn't been the worst, we still can't wait for
it to end. This year we even have one more day in February to suffer through. Our
activities this month will hopefully help us get through the rest of this winter, so
here they are.
There is one Country Western dance this month on Thurs., Feb. 6. This dance
is in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom from 7 to 9 pm. We do both line dances and
couples dance during the evening.
Line dance instructions are Mondays, Feb. 3, 10, and 24, from 7 to 8:30 pm
at the South Clubhouse. Note that we will not have a lesson on Mon., Feb. 17,
President's Day. We currently are learning intermediate level dances, which are
more challenging, but also more enjoyable.

Dinner Dance Club
It's that special time of the year to celebrate your favorite valentine.
Dinner Dance Club has just the way to do something extra special.
Our Valentine's dinner and dance will be on Sat., Feb. 15 in the Main
Clubhouse Ballroom. Since this is such a special event, it will be
formal. The doors will open at 5:30 pm to give you the opportunity
to get your drinks and visit with friends before the music of Doug
Anderson Group begins to play at 6 pm. They will continue to play
throughout the evening until 9:30 pm.
Your dining pleasure begins with warm dinner rolls and a Caprese
salad (grape tomatoes and mozzarella balls with a basil and balsamic
drizzle.) Your menu options are:
• Sliced beef in red wine sauce - $23
• Chicken Saltimbocca (chicken wrapped in prosciutto) - $22.50
• Mushroom Risotto - $20.50
Your dessert will be Monkey Bread"with ice cream.
The sign-up forms and the checks for your table need to go into
