DID YOU KNOW? 12 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2020 DID YOU KNOW that another computer class will be held on Feb. 4 at 6:30 pm in the RCN Main Room? The class is for residents who have all levels of technological expertise. Larry Workman will take questions and provide answers during the class. No reservations are required. DID YOU KNOW that one of Four Seasons friendly Lodge attendants is Justin Bardos? For those of you who have not been formally introduced to Justin, you will surely recognize his cheerful smile and welcoming personality. Justin is one of our Lodge attendants, but he wears many hats. You will find him at The Lodge, The Courts and The Summit on various days, but he also assists in upcoming events, activities and homeowner orientations. He assists Cindy and Danya in the workings of activities and scheduling. Working with homeowners on websites for their home businesses is another of his duties, as he is very technologically inclined. Justin began his employment here at Four Seasons in October 2017, after graduating from Beaumont High School in 2016. He lives with his grandmother in Riverside and lends a helping hand around the house when he is home. His passion away from Four Seasons seems to be in the computer technology world. Justin truly enjoys the residents here and it shows. He seems to have found his niche here and, who knows, maybe his future will be in property management. For now, he continues to shine as a front- line greeter at our facilities and technical wizard behind the scenes. We wish you well here at Four Seasons, Justin. Go to fourseasonsbeaumont.org and look for the treasure chest logo hiding somewhere on the website. Once found, click on the icon and an email form will appear. Fill out the form and submit. Albert, you can go pick up your prize from Cindy at The Lodge front desk. DID YOU KNOW that one way to be a friendly neighbor is to manage your trash on windy days? This can be accomplished by either not putting your trash cans out on very windy days or periodically checking the cans until they can be picked up, ensuring they don't blow over and spill contents that may end up in your neighbor's yard. DID YOU KNOW that the deadline for Board of Directors nominations (applications) is Feb. 24? There will be four open seats for the Association's Board of Directors in the April election. If you have considered serving our community or want the opportunity to make Association changes more in alignment with your views, this could be the avenue. If interested, you can find applications at the RCN front desk and The Lodge front desk. Or you can go to our website, fourseasonsbeamont.org. The application is located under HOA Other Forms. Once completed, return the application to the management office on or before the Feb. 24 deadline. It goes without saying, you must be "a member in good standing" to be eligible to run for a BOD seat.
