| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | February 2020 | 9 The 2019 holiday season was celebrated with a variety of festive events, Merry Music and Munchies, Holiday Home Tour, The Annual Golf Cart Parade, and the Vintage Voices Christmas concert. While these events created celebration and joy for the holidays, the annual New Year's Eve party energetically launched 2020. Once again, creating an evening that enchanted and regaled all that attended, was Roxie Snyder and Margie Colton and their hard-working committee members who had been planning this celebration for a year. The party began with the entertainment of The Amazing Waiters, singing opera, Broadway and pop songs. Lots of laughs from all. The evening included the band One-2-Many who had the crowd dancing the entire evening with many new songs added to their performance. As you have guessed the committee is beginning to plan the next New Year's party now, and I have heard that there will be pink birds on the horizon. Healthy and Happy New Year to all. Wiens winery will be at The Lodge for a Wine Pairing, on Sat., Feb. 8, from 4:30 to 6 pm. Tickets are on sale now for $30 each, seating is limited. Seven wine tastings will be presented along with small bites that complement each wine. Attendees will enjoy tasting some of Wiens fabulous red wines, along with a sparkling Amour De L'Orange, and a Vermentino. These wines and more will be available for purchase at the event. Don't miss this event, last year's event was a huge success. The members of the Social Committee would like to extend a warm welcome to our newly hired Activities Director, Tracie Rodgers.
