38 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2020 Walk right in, sit right down, baby do we have shows for you in 2020! Thank you to everyone who attended our Radio Theater shows on Feb. 29. You were a great audience! You laughed, applauded, and certainly seemed to be having a great time, right along with us. Our next Radio Theater Show will be on Friday, July 24. There will be more information in future Breeze articles. Now, I need to acknowledge everyone who helped to make this a success. First and foremost, the actors for putting forth their best acting after two months of rigorous rehearsals. Bravo! I must also give my heartfelt thanks to Stan Sweeney and Andy Shipper for their hard work sourcing and playing all of the sound effects, getting the actors ready with their mics, and attending every rehearsal. Additional thanks go to Perry Goldstein for our lighting, Teri DiMarino and Jeff Davidson for putting up and taking down the stage, Maryann Mendoza for helping stage the props, and our wonderful Four Seasons staff. They put up with my umpteen requests for copies of our scripts and they created the flyer and the show programs. Last, but not least, I owe gratitude to Cathy Goldsmith, Susan Youel, and Claudia Rozzi, the program's Directors. The show would not have been possible without your help and support. As you can see, it takes a village to put a performance together. "SKOOL DAZE," a Variety Show: Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 Take it from me, this is a show not to be missed. The pairing of Producer John Horning and Director Paula Drake make for blockbuster performances. As hard as it is to do, this show is going to outperform those they worked on together in years past. It's set in a high school in the 1950s, complete with cheerleaders, stuck- up girls, male jocks, greasers, and the school staff stuck with keeping all the kids in line. There will be many wonderful singers, talented dancers, and clean comedy. Something to keep everyone entertained. Tickets are required! They usually become available two weeks prior to the show. I will have a definite date on ticket availability day in April's Breeze.
