30 | OHCC LIVING | MARCH 2020 | Due to construction at our Clubhouse, our meeting for March is cancelled. Our first meeting for the year will be on Mon., May 11 in Abravanel Hall. Our guest speaker will be Chrissy Allen from DayTrippers. She will be sharing highlights of trips and tours the company offers, which includes day trips around our area and trips that are for multiple days. We are excited about trips we are planning throughout 2020. Trips are coordinated by various Travel Club members/volunteers. The trips below are "Save the Date" or currently available for sign up. Detailed flyers about our trips are available on a table in front of the Men's Club Room. Save the Date: Tues., April 28 – Segerstrom & Bowers Museum. More details to follow. We will enjoy a tour of the Segerstrom Theater Hall, followed by a lunch and docent led tour of the Disney Archives exhibit at the Bowers Museum. Tues., May 26 – Ramona & Fallbrook Sights. More details to follow. We will enjoy a tour of the Oasis Camel Farm, lunch and a tour of the Therapeutic Horsemanship Program. Thurs., June 18 – Major Movie Studio Tour. More details to follow. Tues., Aug. 4 - Pageant of the Masters, $135 (non-refundable). We believe that additional tickets with good seats can be purchased. Please leave a check in the Travel Club envelope at the Clubhouse if you wish to go on this trip. We only purchase tickets when we have checks. The price is for members, which includes a ticket for the show, a snack, the bus, and all gratuities. Not refundable once ticket is purchased. To sign up for a trip, please leave a check made out to the OH Travel Club in the Travel Club Envelope at the front desk of the Clubhouse at any time. If you are not a Club member, please add a guest fee of $5 to the price listed. To check on your status, ask for the Travel Club Folder at the front desk to see the Trip Confirmation Sheets, which are also available at our Club meetings.
