Our March gathering featured our own Sun Lakes Bob Palmer.
He's a community favorite as well as a wonderful favorite for our
group. He sang a variety of oldies including That's Life, Travelin'
Man, Hello Mary Lou and then he even threw in a sing-a-long Irish
song, Wild Irish Rose. The group thoroughly enjoyed that but then he
upped his game even more with Fast As You when members of the
group got up to line dance. A very good time was had by all. Thank
you, Bob, we love you!
Our April gathering will be on Sat., April 4 at the South Clubhouse
at 3 pm. We will be featuring the Makua Hula Hawaiian dancers who
will do a dance tribute to our Barbara Finelly among their dances.
We, in the 80s Club shared our beloved Barbara with the Makua Hula
dancers so we definitely have her in common in our hearts.
We are dark in May so we won't have a gathering that month but
then resume in June on the first Saturday. You're welcome to join us
once before deciding if you'd like to join. Our catered dinners are
$13 per person. Please get your reservations in by the 25th of the
month to Donna Harrington at (909) 561.5066. Your checks can be
dropped off made out to 80s Plus Club at 5393 Riviera. Spouses and
caregivers are welcome as well as visiting children and other out-of-
town guests.

get in touch with you to arrange reassuring daily contact.
