FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2020 45 Let's Dance! It is April already and time to Rumba! Our dance group is excited to learn the Rumba and we are once again offering a free lesson on Monday, April 6 to any newcomers or previous members who have not attended class in the past six months. The Rumba is a beautiful dance with slow swaying movements, danced to rhythmic slower music that will capture your heart. It is considered by many to be "The Dance of Romance" and is surprisingly easy and fun to learn. As a reminder, we are just a group of your neighbors and friends, having a good time and dancing at a level at which we feel comfortable. Dancing is a great form of exercise for both our bodies and our brains and doesn't seem like exercising. Plus the social, joyful element that's most often missing from other physical pursuits is an added bonus. It has also been found that dancers report improvement in sleep, mood, coordination, and balance, to name a few. So give it a try and plan to meet us in the Ballroom on Monday nights from 6 to 7 pm for newcomers and beginners, and 7 to 8 pm for intermediate and advanced. The cost is $10 per person with our professional instructors. For information, contact Puring or Gary Stifter at (951) 922-8333 or at purings@verizon.net. ~ Sue Condurachi Let's Dance members enjoying our amazing Ballroom dance floor and celebrating birthdays at our monthly practice party Heart & Soul Line Dance Heart & Soul Line Dance is in da house! Dance steps are still broken down as we learn new dances. 5:15 to 6 pm, Intermediate/Advanced: This session is for those who understand dance terminology and are can follow with minimal teaching. New advanced dances are incorporated, and old dances are reviewed. See you on the dance floor! ~ Priscilla Robles, (909) 239-6464
