FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2020 53 Another well-planned excursion by Barry Stewart. Our recent 4x4 trip took us back into the canyon of Lytle Creek. As you can see from Barry's pictures, beautiful day and a good/ safe adventure had by all. The five vehicle convoy: Barry and Joyce , Linda and Laurie, Steve and Luanne, Rick MicGillivray, and Rick Brower. What about that camping trailer? That's Barry's new overlander, that he'll be doing a two year long, cross-country trip of a lifetime with a kitchen, hot water, solar power, big tires and trail rated. What more do you need? Anyone not in the club that, one, lives here at Four Seasons and two, has a four wheel drive vehicle that they don't mind getting dirty and maybe a little desert pinstriped, is welcome to come to our monthly meetings. The meetings are the first Tuesday of the month, 6 pm in The Lodge Arts & Crafts Room. The official club outing is on the following Thursday. Prior to our excursion, we meet at The Lodge at 7:45 am and rolling out at 8 am. Hope to see you there. ~ Scott Snyder, scottdonaldsnyder@gmail.com 4x4 Seasons All Seasons RV Our February outing was at the Oasis RV Resort in Las Vegas. A special thank you to our camp hosts Frank, Susie and Ryan Gorgi. A great time was had by all who went. You did a fabulous job coordinating all of our excursions which included gambling and golfing, gambling and shopping, gambling and museums, gambling and bbq. Needless to say we came back with a little less money than we went with, but no one was complaining — we were having too much fun. There were five rigs and two guests who took part in this trip. Our next trip is to Pechanga, which is one of our favorite club destinations. Future outings are planned for Oceanside, Solvang, Lake Tahoe, Pismo Beach, and Tucson. Guests are welcome to participate in our camp outs. Our monthly meetings are at The Lodge in the RCN building on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. If you would like more information, please contact Bob Cooper at (951) 769-6352, or Larry Zimmerman at (909) 553-2798. ~ Ann Williams Pics from an excursion into the canyon of Lytle Creek The evening was a little too cold and windy so dinner was hosted by the Gorgi family in their RV Everyone was bundled up sitting out by the fire Enjoying the fire on a cold and windy night
