DID YOU KNOW? 12 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2020 DID YOU KNOW that we depend on you to provide us as much information as possible when submitting photos to the Breeze? Whether the photos are for one of our special columns or with an article, captions are needed to help explain what is happening in the photograph. DID YOU KNOW that we have two HOA elections this spring? The ballot you received in February was for the District Delegate election which has now been completed. You may remember it because it had one or two names on it and was just for your district. Now don't put your pen away quite yet. You will need it to vote for your Board of Directors on the ballot that you should have just received or will receive within a day or two as they were sent out March 27. For this election, there are 10 candidates running for four seats on the Board. At this time, you are still allowed to cast all four votes for one candidate or spread your votes out among different candidates for a total of four votes per household. If you have any questions or didn't receive your BOD ballot, please stop by the RCN for assistance. The Board voting deadline is April 28 at 9 am. The Annual Meeting and Election of the Board is on April 30 at 1 pm in the Ballroom. All residents are welcome to attend and wish the newly-elected Board members a hearty congratulations. DID YOU KNOW if you have a change in meeting times, dates, or locations for your club, group, or class you will need to complete the Update Form for New and Continuing Clubs, Groups, Classes? This form is available at The Lodge front desk. We appreciate every effort you make in keeping your information as current as possible so that it can be listed correctly in the Breeze and on our website. DID YOU KNOW that even though the builder is no longer here, you will still contact K. Hovnanian for any warranty-service needs? To request service, you may call a coordinator at (877) 832- 6231 anytime between 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. You can also email a request to service123@khov.com. Please include your name, address, and telephone number. DID YOU KNOW that if your contractor or visitor uses a navigation system that takes them to Crooked Creek or Breckenridge gates, that there are now two new and fairly large signs that have been installed at those gates? The signs direct all nonresidents to go to the Potrero Gate to be signed in.
