"April showers bring May flowers" and we need them. We managed to get our first quarter tournaments completed in March and the results
will be in our May issue along with pictures. We've had almost ideal weather so far this year and getting a lot of playing time in, and some
of that old talent is starting to show. Great competitions going on, and our new members are starting to hold their own. I love it. Our first
quarterly social (where we have dinner at Kopper Kettle at 5 pm followed by dessert and activities at a member's home) was hosted by Tom
and Marion Herron. I'll have to tell you how good that was in our next Breeze issue. So, as you can tell, we're having a great time and lots of fun
and camaraderie, not just amongst the players, but the spouses as well on social night. We're always looking for new members, so come on out

Ladies Putters
Group
With the spring upon us and summer ahead it's
the perfect time to join the Ladies Putters Group.
We started our new season on March 9 and play on
Mondays at 6 pm and Fridays at 9 am. If you have never
played before you can join at any time and come one or
both days, your choice. We have spare putters and balls
and plenty of good friendship to encourage each other
on. Try a new skill or improve your knowledge, all
levels are welcome. We look forward to having you join
