Hopefully it will not be long to get back with the program. A high energy can- can number is underway. All kinds of numbers are learned by this group of men and women. The main concern is that the group have fun and are energetic. The Fashion Show that had been worked on for sometime has been postponed until a future time. Now is a good time to join this group, and be included in their fun program. You can choose what numbers you would like to learn. A monthly schedule is available for all. You do not have to perform to be a part of this group. It is an individual choice. Call Evelyn at (951) 845-7199. Stardust Dancers Dinner Dance Club As we continue to quarantine ourselves we have all become creative. Did you learn something new today, try a new recipe, read a good book or just enjoy relaxing? I think we will all truly appreciate the wonderful lives we have. As we await further directions, here's our May schedule, subject to change: On May 16, we will have our dinner dance and will enjoy music from Showdown from 6 to 9 pm. Come early (5:30 to 6 pm) to get your drinks and chat with your neighbors and friends. "Dressy - casual" is the suggested attire . Our menu sounds wonderful. We will start with a spinach salad with feta cheese and strawberries topped by either a ranch or raspberry dressing. The choice of entreés are: Lemon roasted chicken, $23; Salmon with Béarnaise sauce, $23.50; Portobello Napoleon, $22.50. The entreés will be served with roasted potatoes and asparagus. The dessert is apple cobbler. The sign-up forms and the checks for your table need to go into the box at 5836 Indian Canyon between May 1 and 7. Remember that you can see all of the information you need for the D.D.C. on sunlakescc.com; look for the subheading, "Clubs" and then go to Dinner Dance Club. If you have a guest, remember to add $5 to their menu choice. You might also hear of someone who lives in Sun Lakes who would like to see what we are about. They are very welcome to come and give us a try once. Just add $5 to their menu choice. Application forms are in the lobby of the Main Clubhouse for your convenience. It's a great way to spend a Saturday evening and stay in the local area for your dining and dancing pleasure. Just in case: Check with your club contact to confirm meeting place, date, and time.
