Sandra Ann Flath, wife of George Flath died March 25, 2020, at the age of 79 from cancer, with her
family at her side as she took her last breath. The youngest of three sisters, she was born in Minneapolis, MN
on November 22, 1940. At the age of three the family moved to Tacoma, WA and at the age of 13, moved to
Whittier, CA. Sandra graduated from Whittier High in 1959. She met George Flath, who was originally born
and raised in Garrison, ND and married December 31, 1960. Sandra is survived by her husband, George
Flath, daughter Melinda Spurling (Bruce), daughter Cynthia Williams (Jeff ), grandchildren Claudia (Flath)
Pineda Garcia, Carl Flath, Robert Flath, Morgan Williams, Wade Williams, and Hadley Williams. Sandra
was proceeded in death by her son, Wesley Flath (age 54), her parents, eldest sister Evangeline Luker, and
multiple loving family members of the Flath and Clemmer side. Sandra will be missed, but we are thankful
for the time and the memories made and the lasting impact she had on our family and friends lives.
