Now that the activities at Sun Lakes are in lockdown, the Board wants to keep
in touch with our members and send you updates as we receive them. This is a
very hard time for the world, but it has brought out the love and compassion that
envelops us all. We are all looking ahead to when we can be with our friends,
laughing, dancing, eating (of course) and we all hope and pray that it is in the
near future. If you receive anything that you think will be of interest to the
club, please send it to Joan Blumenfeld, President at phil-joan@hotmail.com.
We hope to see all of our friends in the near future.
If you know of anyone who is sick or needs cheering
up, please contact our Sunshine Chair, De Oravecz at
(951) 769-3232 and she will send them a card.

Young at Heart
To our dear Young at Heart members,
Hoping everyone is staying healthy. The planned wine tasting, Soboba
golfing and golf cart rally events will be rescheduled for later this year
so that everyone can focus on keeping our physical distances as well as
staying at home to ensure our health and that of our friends and families.
If any club member needs anything (for example, shopping, medications,
etc.) please do not hesitate to contact Bob and Michele Walter at (951)
845-2002. We are a strong club and will get through this together.
The outbreak of a disease doesn't mean your life should come to a
halt and your health should suffer. Please continue exercising, eating
well and getting good sleep. Use relaxation techniques and listen to the
experts and health care providers.
Together we will overcome this!
