We presented to the Board of Director's a proposal to adopt a revision to the Community Guidelines to comply with the Civil Code requirements. Homeowners should have received the rule change for their review and comment. The final approval will be take place at the May board meeting. The district delegate voting has been completed. The ballots for the Board of Directors position were counted on April 16. The delegates cast their final vote at the membership meeting on April 25. An ad-hoc committee was formed to evaluate the future uses of the Rec Center North (RCN). Don Fant has agreed to chair the committee. Please submit any suggestions to the Lodge for review. The committee will evaluate community suggestions. You are invited to attend our meetings. They are held on the third Thursday of every month at 9 am in the Lodge Conference Room. ~ Ron Morgan FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2013 | community News Emergency Preparedness Program (EPP) PET RESUCE: The team is made up of Four Seasons Beaumont residents who are animal lovers, working together to look after the welfare of the companionship animal population residing in our community, in the event of a major disaster.
