Log in to Yahoo Calendar: www.calendar.yahoo.com ID: scorehemet Password: helpers503 2. The calendar should open to the current month view. Look for the appropriate date. Double click on the appropriate date. 3. Now you should have displayed the "Edit event" page with the Date being the Monday that you have selected to schedule a counseling appointment for. 4. Look for the "Notes:" window on the page. There will be the appointment times listed. 5. Locate the time for the appointment (such as 10:00 am:), click once in front of the time. 6. You can now enter: name, phone number, e-mail address, date, your initials, for the client. (example: 9:15 am: Tom Smith, 909 925 0000, tsmith@aol.com, 1/22,fw) 7. Please to not leave gaps in the schedule. 8. Near the top of the page, click on the "Save" button. After updating the appointment calendar, "sign out" near the top left of the page. Month view: To change to a future month, click the arrow button next the name of the current month shown. Event day view, back to month view: If you want to return to the month view from an event view without making any updates, click the "Today" tab at the top of the page. Remember: Always "sign out" before leaving Yahoo Calendar. Or the next user will not be able to log-in.
