Online play whether on FunBridge.com or BridgeBase.com offers us the opportunity to get our daily bridge fix. You have several options on BridgeBase. You can play Solitaire, Competitive, Casual or Practice. You can select to join a table with an open seat, you can play with your partner against live or robot opponents, or you can start your own table with three other players of your acquaintance. You can also just watch a game in progress. For a small fee BridgeBase offers tournaments for ACBL master points. If you choose to play with robots be aware that they are programmed to play the modern two over one system. The meaning of their bids is explained in a pop-up window. We hope you all stay well until we can play again in the renovated Clubhouse. We offer a Duplicate Bridge game that combines the superior scoring of Duplicate Bridge but also has the friendlier and non- aggressive attitude of home style Rubber Bridge. With Duplicate Bridge, your true opponents are the pairs that hold the same cards as you would rather than your opponents at the table. We are not an ACBL game and for that, we not only offer an extremely reasonable game price of just $2, but also give cash awards to the winners. We are relatively small and have anywhere from five to eight tables. The games are at 1 pm on the second, fourth, and fifth Fridays of the month in Mykonos. You do not have to join this club to play your first game, however if you decide to join the annual dues are $6. bingo Bingo is back! Great payouts (up to $1,000), fun games, door prizes, and ice cream treats at the break are just a few reasons to come check us out. Our faithful players do all right! Just ask a certain someone who won five times last year, including one night when she won two games. Doors open at 6:30 pm and games start promptly at 7 pm. Cost is still $8 for 10 games.
