By Jenevieve Banuelos, Property Service Manager Hello SDV Residents! I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Lets start off with a few Code Compliance reminders! Trash Cans - Trash cans can be put out 12 hours prior to scheduled pick up and MUST be put away (behind the gate) within 12 hours after scheduled pick up. Scheduled pick up is Wednesday, between 6 am and 6 pm. Umbrellas – Umbrellas MUST remain closed unless they are being used. Complaints/Concerns - As always, if you have any complaints of concerns or need to report anything, please contact me via e-mail or simply call the office at (951) 652-5766 and our receptionist will pass your information on to me. Courtesy Notice – Monthly inspections have continued throughout the closure. Please communicate with me! There is no possible way I will know what you are planning to do to resolve the issue so please contact me so that I may update my files. What Is Going On With Your Neighbor? – As a reminder, I am unable to disclose detailed information regarding a neighbor's violation status due to reasons of confidentiality. Communication – Communication is key my friends! Please communicate with me. If you are unable to make the requested corrections for any reason, please contact me at the office or e-mail Jenevieve.Banuelos@ seabreezemgmt.com Home Improvement Application - If the corrections on your Courtesy Notice require an HIA, please submit the application to me via e-mail or simply drop it in SDVs grey mailbox located on Paseo Diamante closer to the small parking lot. I would hate for your application to be rejected, so please be sure to include all required attachments listed in Section 2 of the application. REMINDER: No construction, reconstruction, installation, removal or alteration of any exterior improvement on a lot, including landscaping, grading, excavation filling or other alteration to the grade or level of the land, may be commenced by any owner without prior Design Review Committee approval. (CC&Rs Article V Section 5.3.1) Interior Design update: As most of you know, the interior design project has been in progress! A few areas inside the Clubhouse have been repainted, TVs have been rearranged, the carpets in the entire Clubhouse have been deep cleaned and disinfected. The new furniture and lighting have been ordered (months ago) and will be delivered June 12th. I am so excited to come back to what looks like a brand-new Clubhouse! Thank you, Interior Design Committee, for working so hard on this project! You all are amazing! TREES!! As many of you know, our beautiful community trees have gone wild! There are far too many overgrown trees to issue violations for at this time; however, if I do not see any improvements, I will be forced to start issuing violations. With that said, please be sure to follow up with the city of Hemet to have your parkway trees trimmed. Please be advised that the parkway trees belong to you, the homeowner. Do what you can to ensure you are adhering to your governing documents. Once again, thank you SDV residents for hanging in there with us as we all navigate through this unexpected situation. I cannot wait to get back to work on site to see all your faces again. 4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | JULY 2020 Property Service Manager's Report Neighborhood Watch is the primary conduit for the receipt and dissemination of information regarding issues of a nature that effect the safety and security of the residents.
