| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | AUGUST 2020 | 43 Happy Cookers Hello Sun Lakers! Happy Cookers are just itching to get together again. As with everything, there are no definites when we will be allowed to meet again. Our group is hoping for Aug. 28 at 11 am in the South Clubhouse but that is contingent upon COVID-19. So in the meantime, enjoy our videos when you can and this recipe that was prepared on one. If possible, use fresh herbs from your garden or grocery. Genealogical Society Adding interest to your genealogy documentation. What hobbies did your ancestors enjoy? Do you have the same interests? To get a picture of your ancestors' life and your connection to them, a full spectrum of their life is both valuable and interesting. If you have a hobby or special interest add it to your genealogy documentation. Include favorite recipes, documentation of awards, pictures of restored cars or refurbished furniture. If travel is your hobby, add a list of places you have visited with dates and document your impression of each new place. Photos are recorders of history so be sure to include them in your documentation. If you want to learn more about documentation and how to make sure your life is documented for future generations, please join us. The Sun Lakes Genealogy Society meets the fourth Wednesday of the month in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room at 1 pm. Our goal is to provide professional speakers and programs that will benefit our members in their efforts to find their ancestors in the archives of history. You are the beginning twig of your vast family tree. Starting with you and working backward we will help you develop that tree. Our yearly dues are $20 per family. Your first visit is free. Come and see what we are all about. We may not be meeting in the month of August due to the COVID-19 quarantine but if you are a member look for genealogy tips that will keep your ancestry search going forward in your email box. Stay safe and well. For more information call Karen Tarvin, President, at (909) 732- 6448. Just in case: Check with your club contact to confirm meeting place, date, and time. 1 box short style pasta cooked al dente 1 pint cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary ¼ cup chopped chives 2 tablespoons chopped oregano ½ cup chopped basil ½ cup toasted pine nuts (or more to taste) 2 tablespoons capers ¼ cup olive oil Salt and Pepper to taste Save a little pasta water in case the pasta is sticky when you add the olive oil.
