14 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2020 DID YOU KNOW? DID YOU KNOW? DID YOU KNOW that we have new entry procedures for The Lodge, Courts, and Summit? In order to continuously protect the health and safety of our residents and staff, we are requiring everyone who visits these facilities to proceed with the regular fob/sign-in procedure then undergo a brief temperature check. Temperature readers are no contact. These nifty little heat sensors will simply be held about 5 cm from your forehead by the front desk attendant and in an instant your temperature will be momentarily display on the reader for the associate to view. Temperatures above 100.0 will be asked to return at another time. Please note that masks combined with hats and large sunglasses leave little room for the temperature reader to be near skin, so you may be asked to momentarily remove some items to allow for an accurate reading. This new procedure may cause delays when entering our facilities, especially during high traffic times. We ask that you plan accordingly and practice social distancing by remaining at least six feet away from the person in front of you in line. As always, please put your mask on before entering the front doors of each facility! DID YOU KNOW that Four Seasons is able to stay in compliance despite the frequent changes in government mandates? In today's world, information seems to change daily so our operating procedures seem to change daily. Have you found yourself wondering how our Board is able to react so quickly? Luckily, there is a community of people working hard every day to ensure that reliable and accurate information pours into our Board of Directors. Our FirstService Residential staff in the management office monitors news sources for upcoming announcements or press releases. When the information is made available to the public, management seeks the official guideline release and reviews it. Our Board President Jerry Monahan will then call an emergency general session to take place as soon as the Board can assemble. At that time the Board will review and discuss the mandates. If further legal clarification is required, dialog begins with our HOA attorneys to ensure we never fail compliance. Please remember that emergency Board meetings are available for all residents to attend via Zoom. If you are interested in having the opportunity to view and take part in future Board meetings please visit our website fourseasonsbeaumont.org today to sign up for the Daily Report email blasts.
