FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2020 5 Retail Me Not Everyday deliveries in the community Beginning in May, the Red Plum brand coupons and local grocery store ads you normally received in the mail were delivered with the newspaper in a clearly marked Retail Me Not Everyday blue bag. The news of this new procedure for delivering the weekly store ads and coupons was not broadly advertised and the sudden appearance of the packages on driveways was a surprise to most. This led to inquiries from residents to Management and a quick search led to more information which was run in the following day's Daily Report, updating the community on the new delivery system. The Board has reviewed the Retail Me Not Everyday and the Record Gazette delivery and its possible classification as a solicitation and they have approved the following: Management will work with the Record Gazette and Retail Me Not Everyday to install racks at one or all three clubhouse facilities where they will deliver the two publications in bulk. This will end the unwanted deliveries and allow residents to be able to stop by and pick them up if they so desire. Management is working with both publications to set up the stands and schedule deliveries. At the July Board meeting the Board approved the following items: • Corn Hole Group at a cost of $390. • Facilities Committee proposal to clean and re-stain the concrete around The Lodge and Loggia/outdoor eating area from Absolute Contractors in the amount of $16,591. • Emergency Preparedness Committee "wash your hands" signs for the facility restrooms in the amount of $140. • Landscape Committee tree removal and replacement on Green Creek Trail, two trees at a cost of $1,347.
