Another James Patterson book the library has recently purchased is quite different. The House of Kennedy is a fascinating account of the Kennedy family. The Kennedy family, both charmed and cursed, holds a unique place in American lore. This is only the second time Patterson has written a non-fiction historical account of a subject. Another of the library's new books is Sara Paretsky's Dead Land. This book features the ever popular private investigator V.I. Warshawski. The investigator gets pulled into a conspiracy stretching from the parks of Chicago to South American politics. Stay safe, stay healthy. "Ben wished the world was organized by the Dewey Decimal System. That way you'd be able to find whatever you were looking for." ~ Brian Selznick, Wonderstruck Library Association AUGUST BOOK BUYS
