4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | AUGUST 2020 By Anna Machado Thank you all for your continued patience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health and safety guidelines have been changing rapidly in this uncharted environment and the Association has been monitoring the events daily. We are excited to see some positive change and to share it with you. The Mountain View Lodge was reopened on Monday, July 6 at 7 am. We ask that everyone participate in the following safety measures so that we can keep the facility open. Please be advised of the following new requirements: • For now, only the front door to the Lodge will be open to residents All doors may still be used for exiting, but the front door is the only door you can enter through. • Anytime you visit the Lodge, you MUST check-in at the front desk. Management has been instructed by the Board to only allow 25% of the maximum capacity in each room of the facility. (See below.) • All residents MUST sign a COVID waiver to use the facilities. • We will be placing a small decal on your ID badge so it is easily identifiable that you've already signed a waiver. • All residents MUST wear their ID badge at all times while in the facilities. If you need a new lanyard or clear plastic case, we have extras available at the front desk. • No guests will be permitted in the Lodge for the time being. • All residents MUST wear a face covering and practice six (6) foot social distancing. Fitness Center: The Fitness Center closed again as of July 15, 2020. When it reopens please adhere to the following: • Please incorporate frequent hand washing with soap and water, including scrubbing with soap for 20 seconds (or using hand sanitizer). • Keep your face covering on during your use of the gym. • Face coverings can help protect people near the wearer, but do not replace the need for physical distancing and frequent hand washing. • Face coverings must cover the nose and mouth. • You should wash or sanitize hands before and after using or adjusting face covering. • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth. • Face coverings should be washed or discarded after each shift. • If you are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, which include flu like symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath and or difficulty breathing within the past 14 days, please stay home. • Wipe down all equipment before and after use. • Please practice six (6) ft. social distancing from anyone else.
