Intercessory Prayer group
Greeting intercessors, friends, and neighbors!
I pray that all is well with everyone living in Four Seasons.
Although we are sheltering in place our prayer group comes together
every Monday morning on the conference prayer line. This is our
lifeline and we will not faint or grow weary.
We hear daily on the news reports that COVID-19 is getting worse,
and that means that we must intensify our prayer. We are praying for
the Apple Fire in Cherry Valley as the USA Today reports that 26,850
acres have been burned. This is why we must keep the firefighters
covered in prayer. We pray for their safety and that they will be able
to contain the fire; and I pray that all people who live in the fire zone
will get out safely. The firefighters are heroes who put their lives on
the line to save lives and homes.
We live in stressful times but we must remain faithful to pray for
all who are working day and night to find a cure for the COVID-19
virus. We are hopeful that our prayers and the prayers of people in
our community, all churches and people all over the U.S. and the
world will unite our prayers together for a vaccine for COVID-19 and
we will pray for containment of the Apple Fire.
Come and join us in prayer on Monday morning at 9 am, and
please email me if you would like to join us at the conference for
prayer. ~ Cookie Bonner
Bereavement Group
If you have suffered a loss, please come join us. All of us have lost someone close, and we get together to talk, listen, cry, and laugh and to
help each other heal. We currently are meeting on Tuesdays via Zoom. For instructions on how to join us, please call me at (951) 922-0934.
A second group meets in the RCN Conference Room on Mondays from 1 to 3 pm. You may call me first, or just show up.
We will welcome you. All contact is confidential. ~ Laurie Larson Zeldin
Seasoned Solos
If you are single and enjoy a variety of activities, then Seasoned Solos just might be the group for you. At each meeting we discuss what is
going on in the Inland Empire and plan activities, from local lunches and dinners to excursions to presidential libraries, the Redlands Bowl,
Metro Link trips into LA, and the beach train to San Juan Capistrano. There's not much that we won't consider doing. We meet on the first
Friday of each month in The Lodge Arts & Crafts Room at 6 pm. For further information, call Joyce at (951) 850-3055. ~ Joyce Olson
