14 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2020 DID YOU KNOW? DID YOU KNOW? DID YOU KNOW that political signs may not be displayed earlier than 30 days prior to an election and must be removed within five days after the election? The national election this year is Nov. 3. DID YOU KNOW you can find a current copy of our Community Guidelines on our fourseasonsbeaumont.org website located under the HOA tab, Governing Documents? DID YOU KNOW within our community that all animals belonging to residents, tenants or guests within the property must be kept within an enclosure, an enclosed yard, or on a leash being held by an individual capable of controlling the animal? This includes animals in our front yards. There have been several incidents of uncontrolled dogs charging people as they walk by on the sidewalk. Not only is this frightening to the walker, it could result in an injury and the owner being held liable. DID YOU KNOW that bicycles are not allowed on our beautiful community trails? Please abide by the rules for the safety of all, including the environment. DID YOU REMEMBER that the Breeze is sent to the printer two weeks prior to when you receive it in your mailbox? While we try to include the most current information in each issue, during this uncertain time, information can change on a dime. We encourage you to look to our website fourseasonsbeaumont. org and also sign up for the Daily Report and email blasts which provide up-to-date information and activities to keep you entertained. You can sign up for the Daily Report online by filling out the form under the Daily Report blue tab or contact Nelly at nelly.alcocer@fsresidential.com. DO YOU REMEMBER that you must stay with your guests when they're outside your home? If they go on a walk, you must walk with them. If you have lost a loved one and would like to let others know, you can have the information placed in this column in the Breeze. Guidelines are: Your loved one must have lived in Four Seasons Beaumont. Immediate family only may place the notice. No photos can be printed. Limit the remembrance to 400 words and send it to fourseasonsnews@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your contact information in case we need to reach you. (Contact information will not be published.) Farewell to Four Seasons Friends
