| THE COLONY NEWS | SEPTEMBER 2020 | 7 Recently, it has come to our attention that residents may not be completing the "Visitor Notification" section where it requests how to be notified of a guest's arrival. Below is the section, with instructions, where you can select how you want to be notified. If this section is not completed, you will not receive notification of a guest arriving. On the "Visitor Notification" tab, ensure you have checked how you want to be notified of your guest's arrival. Notifications can be sent to you by email, text message, or both. Click on the drop-down menu to insert your email address and/or phone number. Then click on the "Save" button on the bottom right hand corner. The Colony has provided all members of the community the ability to manage their own resident guest list through an online Visitor Management System, powered by CapSure, Inc. The system allows residents the ability to frequently review their guest list and authorize and delete guests as needed through their web browser. The Colony Homeowner's Association encourages all residents who have Internet access to use this system. Please note that CapSure is best supported by using the Google Chrome web browser and does work with Safari or Firefox. If at any time you need additional information or help navigating this system, please do not hesitate to contact the HOA office at (951) 677-4341 and we will more than happy to assist you. And when you rearrange the letters in racoon, they spell CORONA!" ~ Submitted by Rita Nastri (spelling excused for the sake of the joke) A Funny For You
