TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)
Welcome to TOPS, we're here for you! Eating
healthy with TOPS, it works if you work it! TOPS
is not about dieting or selling you a specific food
plan. It's about giving real people just like you
the support and tools they need to make lasting
lifestyle changes that make sense for them.
Our weekly chapter Zoom meetings can help
you take an honest look at the changes you need
to make, show you that true health isn't a certain
clothes size, or even a number on a scale. Come
and join us in our journey to better health. TOPS
can help you Take Off Pounds Sensibly. TOPS is
a lifesaver!
We meet each Thursday on Zoom at 10 am
with sign-ins starting at 9:40 am.
You may attend your first meeting free of
charge. Membership is only $32 a year which
gives you six magazines a year and access to the
TOPS website. Come visit us!
When things get back to normal, we will
resume our chapter meetings at the South
Clubhouse.
