Once we receive detailed drawings we can go out to bid for actual construction costs of extending the Ballroom. CPC has been working on this project for quite some time and it's an exciting addition to the Ballroom. Management: Point of Sale (POS) System, purchase of the PAX A920 point of sale device for a one-time $500 fee, with a $20 shipping charge. Once we receive this card reader, residents will be able to purchase FOBs, window stickers, tickets, and pretty much anything except paying dues with their debit or credit card.
