The original plan with the LAC is to remove the Acacia that is a high fuel source and recommended for removal by the Fire Marshall, re-seed the bare areas to match existing Gazania, and install trees and shrubs throughout. The two options are listed below: • #1A – (#29666) In place of #1 - Remove Acacia that is a high fuel source and recommended for removal by the Fire Marshall, install jute netting and straw wattle (for erosion), install trees and shrubs to have full coverage at plant maturity and allow plants to eventually cover and take over the Gazania in time. Approved. Ratification of Clubhouse Parking Stalls: On Sept. 11, the Board of Directors authorized Staff to modify the Clubhouse parking stalls adjacent to the tennis courts from straight to angle. Due to the fact that the Board had not made a formal decision to install angle parking, it was necessary to seek its approval by email because the contractor was ready to start striping the parking lot. The majority of the Board agreed to proceed with the angle parking as described above. Motion to ratify the Board's September 11, 2020 decision to install angle parking stalls in the Clubhouse parking lot adjacent to the tennis courts. Approved. Note: Due to the level of urgency required by the Board in this matter, this action was conducted via email.
