We welcome new members. Couples Golf Lady Executive Golf Welcome to Lady Executive Golfers (LEGS)! We are a 9-hole club on the Executive Course. We play weekly on Tuesday mornings with mixed play, fun scrambles and a monthly tournament. In addition, we participate with other clubs for 18-hole tournaments and "away games" a few times during the year. Beginning Oct. 1, we meet at 8:30 am with a tee time at 9 am. The third Tuesday of each month is our monthly meeting and lunch ($10) at the South Clubhouse. Guests welcome! For lunch information, call Doreen Bryant, (909) 595-1974. We emphasize fun and socializing while striving to improve our game and become more familiar with the Rules of Golf. Join us! Lady Niners However busy we are, we take time to enjoy ourselves… on the golf course. Lady Niners play nine holes of golf every Thursday of the month. Each month we enjoy a scramble, a "fun" round, and regular rounds of golf. This has been a great way for us to get out with friends and enjoy the golf and the scenery. Several of our Lady Niners carry a GHIN handicap, thus giving them the opportunity to play golf rounds with other clubs. We have competitions such as a "Cup" championship, a Club championship, eclectic rounds, etc. We meet each Thursday and play most of our rounds on the championship course. If you are interested in finding out more about the Lady Niners, contact Teri at (951) 591-2565. She can help you get started. Members, if you are interested in playing on a Thursday, contact Teri no later than Monday of the week in which you want to play. Women's Golf SLWGC is counting down 2020 and we are optimistically cautious about what our limitations might be in 2021. We have performed very well this year and, if required, we will be flexible again next year. COVID-19 did not stop us from holding our last major tournament of the year – although there were major adjustments, it was so popular that we plan to make it an annual event. It would have let us invite our golfing sisters from local clubs, desert city courses, Redlands, and a few out of state. Instead, the Member/Ghost Tournament was our members only, with our players transforming into Halloween characters. We have completed several end-of-year duties. Our slate of officers has been approved as well as our budget for 2021. December will move by quickly because the course is closed to organized Club play in the last two weeks of the year. Members may still golf as it will be open play with their friends and families. While guests and non-annual members will continue to pay to play – club members with an annual golf package will only need to book a tee time through the Pro Shop. This month our games include a Scramble on the 3rd, Low Gross/ Low Net tournament on the 10th, and the last organized game of 2020 on the 17th, pick your foursome-open play. We are pleased to welcome our newest member Cathy Blodgett. Membership dues are $50 for 2021.
