We want to thank the forgotten volunteers who serve on our
Board of Directors. Having served in a different HOA, we
know that you mostly hear griping and complaining. People
unfortunately ignore the fact that Board members are not
paid; they are strictly volunteers, and without them our HOA
wouldn't run. So, a big thank you to all the Directors who
make it possible for the rest of us to enjoy our community. ~

kind concern in my last round of surgery. Your meals, flowers,

Hello Elizabeth,
Just wanted to tell you I enjoyed your write up in the Breeze
about Marian (in the November issue). I met Buzz and Marian
when I played Bocce Ball for a short time. I must tell you, one
time I admired a baseball hat that Buzz was wearing and he
took it off and offered it to me. I said, no that's okay, I just
wanted to tell you I liked the hat.
Marian then spoke up and said, please take the hat, he
already has too many hats!
With insistence from both Marian and Buzz, I accepted the
baseball hat.
What I liked about the hat was the saying on it… "Don't
Forget My Senior Discount."
