So, if you are missing Shuffleboard they start at 8:30 am, but will gladly accommodate late-comers and would very much like to see more people join in. If you would like to get in some practice, or even learn the game if you've never played, please check it out. Because of the COVID restrictions no more than12 players at a time on the courts. Remember any resident can check the Shuffleboard equipment out. If you are interested go to the front desk and they will explain the checkout procedure. Here we are in December, still locked down. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Artistic Landscape spent some time cleaning up the Bocce courts, so if anyone wants to, the courts are ok to play on. They are not in perfect condition, but they will do. Remember to wear your masks and try to maintain social distancing, if possible. Stay safe and have a Merry Christmas. Remember that any resident of Four Seasons may sign out the Bocce equipment and play at any time. The Lodge attendant will be happy to assist you. They will take you to the spa building where the older equipment is stored and give it to you for your use. You would then return the bag to the door of the storage room and let The Lodge attendant know that you are finished. They will put it back at their leisure. From the President -Gary Sopata: We are into our last month of our club play in this very challenging year. I want to thank our members and Board members for their continuing support of our club. This month we have our Masters championship rounds on Dec. 8 and 10, our popular 6-6-6 format on Dec. 15 and a holiday team scramble on Dec. 22 as our major monthly events. Your 2021 Board has been diligently working on putting together a fresh program for next year. My best wishes for a safe and prosperous holiday season to all of you! From the Membership Chair – Larry Becker: Have lunch on us! We are in the middle of a Membership drive. Any new member will get lunch at the golf clubhouse paid for by Hemet Golf Club the first time he or she plays. (This club is open for both men and women.) We have a great group of members that enjoy getting out to play some golf. There are various types of tournaments spread out over the month on Tuesdays. If you are looking for a fun social time, now is the time to join us. Cost is $66 annually which covers club dues and handicap through SCGA.
