TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) Take control of your life and find your way back to good health. Weight loss journeys require hope and support and TOPS offers that. TOPS can help you reach your weightloss goals by providing you with the tools, information, support, and accountability you need to be successful. You're not starting a diet; you're starting a new way of life. Come and visit a meeting at no charge. We meet on Thursday at the South Clubhouse with weigh-ins starting at 9 9:50 am and meeting 10–11 am. We are getting healthy, losing those unwanted pounds and having fun doing it. Thank you to our members for a great job with TOPS closet. This event earned money to help defray the cost of members attending SRD. We all had fun shopping and the price was right, only $1 an item. Remaining clothes were donated to House of Hope in Banning. Our TOPS chapter participated in the Senior Health Fair on May 9th, sharing information on our success and how ongoing support and accountability are the keys to lifelong health. Thanks to all that helped make this a success.
