Preparing for a busy summer

The Chamber was pleased to host a huge crowd for the Annual
State of the City in May. This annual luncheon is always a
popular event and this year was no exception. Thank you to all
who attended the lunch and listened to the good news shared
by our Mayor, Roger Berg. Congratulations to businesses who
received the Annual Beautification Awards.
Sign ups continue for the Beaumont Chamber Market Night
event, which, will start on the 4th of July. This event is held in
conjunction with the City's Celebrations for the 4th. We still
have room for more vendors, so please contact Melina at the
Chamber for more information at 845-9541 before it is sold out.
June is a wonderful time to be living in Beaumont and there
are a lot of things going on in our town to help us celebrate the
summer. The Annual Cherry Festival begins on Thurs., June
6. Please come out for the Pancake Breakfast at the Beaumont
Civic Center on Sat., June 8, hosted by the Chamber. Breakfast
is served between 6:30 and 10 am, and immediately following
is the wonderful parade.

The Chamber is fortunate to have so many new and renewing
memberships each month. I encourage you to join as a
business, non-profit or associate member. We appreciate your
continued support.
The repair and reconstruction of our Chamber Building is
finished! Thank you to those who helped get our office back in
shape, and to those company's and individuals who went above
and beyond to donate additional services to the Chamber. We
live in such a wonderful community, where when need arises,
people step up and volunteer to help. We appreciate all of you.
