We had a sellout crowd for
our premier screening, of "Le
Havre" in April, followed by
lively discussion. Our thanks
to all of you movie lovers who
attended.
Join us June 9, at 6 pm, in the
Lodge Movie Theatre for our
screening of "A Late Quartet,"
starring Christopher Walken, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Catherine
Keener. A short description from imdb.com: "Members of a worldrenowned string quartet struggle to stay together in the face of death,
competing egos and insuppressible lust." Sounds good, right?!
If you need a break from this summer's popcorn fare currently hitting
the multiplexes, and want to see films made for adults, you'll love the
Counter Culture Cinema Club! We invite you to join us for screenings
with stimulating discussion afterwards.
We show a film on the second Sunday of each month, followed by a
discussion of the film.
Our theatre has very limited seating, so if you're interested in seeing

Amphitheater
Production
The Amphitheater Summer Concert Series began
on May 19 with the multi-talented Tony Saraci.
A full report of Tony's performance will be in the
next Breeze. But hopefully everyone, especially the
ladies, enjoyed the evening.
Be sure to note we celebrate Father's Day weekend
by moving Amphitheater Sunday to the following
weekend in June.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 23, and
come listen to Jimi Wells and Kenny Martinez and
the band "Escape." They have performed at Four
Seasons Hemet, Sun Lakes and Solera to great
acclaims, so we look forward to another wonderful
evening of great music and entertainment.
The performance begins at 7 pm. Come early to
get a good seat and enjoy your neighbors, also don't
forget a blanket or sweater as it can get chilly after
the sun goes down. See you at the Amphitheater. ~
