Department in May. There was a review of Beaumont
Cares Program and how that format matches the Four
Seasons Neighborhood Watch program.

Rules &
Regulations
The Civil Code requires a provision in the
Association rules for access to Association
media and facilities to express a member's
point of view on an election or amendment
item. We presented the Board of Director's
with a proposal to adopt a revision to the
Community Guidelines to comply with the
Civil Code requirements. The final approval
took place at the May board meeting.
An ad-hoc committee was formed
to evaluate the future uses of the Rec
Center North (RCN). Please submit any
suggestions to the Lodge for review. The
committee will evaluate community
suggestions.
You are invited to attend our meetings
on the third Thursday of every month at 9
am in the Lodge Conference Room. ~ Ron
