FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2021 65 Check with your club contact to confirm meeting place, date, and time. Join us for an afternoon of friendship and fun while playing a game of Hand and Foot Canasta. We meet Thursdays in the RCN Main Room from 12:45 to 4 pm. Table assignments are distributed at 12:45 pm. Each week you may play with someone different, giving you an opportunity to meet new friends and/ or visit with old friends. We supply the cards, so just bring yourself and a desire to have fun. If you don't know how to play, we are always happy to set up a teaching table — by the end of the afternoon you will have mastered the game. Come join us. ~ Pam Morales Three Thirteen 20,000 Canasta Three Thirteen is played in The Lodge Game Room on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 3 pm. The coronavirus is still with us but they have a vaccine now and perhaps in 2021 we can get back to playing dominoes again safely. In November two of our long time "Domino Group" brothers passed away, just two days apart. Dewey Allen and Robert Turner both were great men, pretty good domino players, and excellent pool players. I am grateful that I was able to know them and have them as friends. They are both in a better place now but will be missed by all who knew them. God Bless them and their families. Everyone stay safe, keep practicing social distancing, and please, please wear your masks. Happy New Year to one and all and God Bless everyone. Better days are coming. For more information about dominoes, call Jesse at (951) 769-2035 or Reggie at (951) 743-3584. ~ Marvin Gaines Robert Turner Dewey Allen
