| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JANUARY 2021 | 11 Happy January and New Years to all! As I am sure you all know, our articles for The Herald must be sent in on or by the eighth of the month. Well I had a very rude awaking on my way home from the grocery store — yikes, it's the eighth of December already! So, as you may have guessed the milk and cheese made it to the inside of the refrigerator and the rest of the bags ARE NOT singing Christmas carols, while waiting for my attention, on the counter. I just told them to keep their masks on; I've got more important things to do! Problem is there isn't much to write about because we are back in the Purple Tier and must discontinue outside dining, leaving only to-go service for Bistro meals again. Odds are the restriction will last through the year. Francisco does so appreciate your business and loyalty in these deeply trying times, so keep ordering, please. As of this writing, Francisco is offering four to-go food choices for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: Prime rib, salmon, ham, and Cornish hen. I hope you all were able to take advantage of these choices and enjoy both holidays by leaving the work of cooking to Francisco. The office received notice that Tyrone Horn has resigned from the Bistro Committee due to bad health for both himself and his wife. He was our soft spoken leader and Chairman and the only man on our seven person team. He always managed our meetings with a smile and good humor. He will be sorely missed and we thank him for his time and energy. Keep well Tyrone. The committee was forwarded two different notes (from Neighborhood Watch, I believe) with kudos for Francisco and staff for the great job they did orchestrating the Thanksgiving meals. They were very tasty and business was handled efficiently at pick up. Even enough food to enjoy yummy leftovers the next day! Thank you writers; it's always nice to get some happy news. I didn't include your names for privacy reasons. May we all have a very happy beginning of the new year and continue through the whole year with good health and the revival of our happy lives and adventures in heavenly Hemet at Four Seasons! That's me, Patt double "T" Bistro Committee
