24 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JANUARY 2021 | Knitters & Fiber Artists Sew What? Club A new year, new goals, new hope. I'm trying to be optimistic by anticipating our group of Scrappers will once again be able to meet in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose room, sharing ideas and new projects. In addition, we all would love to be able to go to lunch together once again. It has been almost one year since that happened. It is so hard to believe. Mondays from 1 to 3 pm is our scheduled time to get together to work on our individual scrapbooks and albums. The second Monday of each month is reserved for our birthday lunches. Please contact either Elaine Perkins at (951) 334-3119 or Sallie Flesher (951) 902-9768 if you have any questions about the Scrapbooking group. There is no fee to join. Not only did we make them for the San Gorgonio Hospital but Merle Nazareth asked us if we could make more for Cherry Valley Rehab. I think all combined we made about 180! Thanks ladies for all your help and blessings in the new year! Just in case: Check with your club contact to confirm meeting place, date, and time. Happy new year. I pray you're all staying well. We're looking forward to getting back together for quilting and to our wonderful life here. Info., call Jan Hamm at (951) 212-6799 or Vivian Myrdahl (636) 222-0873. Sun Lakes Quilters
