52 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2021 Check with your club contact to confirm meeting place, date, and time. Life Guide Bible Study As we consider how we as followers of Jesus desire to live, let us listen to the words of Apostle Paul in Colossians 3:12-15. "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since, as members of one body, you are called to peace. And be thankful." We encourage you to maintain communication with each other by phone and email. Please share any prayer requests or praise reports. If you feel comfortable, consider meeting in smaller groups in outdoor settings as the weather permits. We will keep in touch in the coming months and keep you all in our prayers. Please contact Doc or Letha Sellars with any questions or comments at (951) 797- 3302 or docletha72@gmail.com. ~ Doc Sellars We began our eighth year of "Believeā¦" Women's Bible study on Jan. 8, with the introduction to the new series "Arise!" This 10-week series will prove to be very interactive (which could be challenging by teleconference). We are so excited to study this new series, and hope that any of you ladies out there who are looking for a women's Bible study will come join us. We meet via teleconference every Friday morning at 10:30 am. Please let me know if you need further details. ~ Eileen Gilbert-Antoine, (951) 922-6829 or egcellent@msn.com "Believeā¦" Women's Bible Study Intercessory Prayer group Greeting intercessors, friends, and neighbors! Dear readers, there is peace in midst of confusion, there is a light that shines in the darkness, there is a light at the end of a tunnel, we see the light so, we must head in the direction that we see the light coming from. 2020 brought struggles that were hard to bear, but there is hope for the future that is rising from the chaos. As you know, chaos is a state of utter confusion or disorder, says the dictionary. Well, I am here to tell you that we will not stop praying until we reach the light. I continue to say that we will pray for unity, peace, and agreement. I pray that philia love will sweep the world because philia is the hallmark of friendship and is shared good will. Philia, in today's terms, would resemble something like brotherly love. Philia love is the loyalty and appreciation we feel for each other. No, it won't happen overnight. All we need to do is to follow our grandchildren's example. Yes, our precious little ones who love us unconditionally. As you know, unconditional love is known as affection without any limitations or love without conditions. Quotes are from Google. Do you have hope for our future? Quote: hope is an optimistic attitude of the mind based on an expectation or desire. "Hope" is commonly used to mean a wish: its strength is the strength of the person's desire. But in the Bible hope is the confident expectation of what God has promised and its strength is in His faithfulness. Faith says it is so now, and hope says in the future it could happen. Friends and neighbors, I have wonderful news, our prayers were answered. Dr. Donald Chia, a retired minister and counselor who has moved to our community has joined our intercessory prayer group. What a wonderful addition. Men, you are welcome to come and join us every Monday at 9 am on the conference line. You can email at eaglewatchwb@aol.com for information and telephone number. ~ Cookie Bonner Bereavement Group If you are struggling with grief, please come join us.
