Facilities Committee
The holidays and the COVID-19 pandemic have delayed the start
of some of our projects here at Four Seasons Beaumont. As we roll
into this New Year we will be able to catch up.
The construction of new shuffleboard courts and the refacing of
the Bistro counters should have begun by the time of this publication.
The process of installing additional doggy stations on Trail F and
where they are needed should be completed.
The Bocce Ball Courts refurbishing, with a start date of Jan. 20,
should also be completed.
The Facilities Committee meets via Zoom right now on the
second Wednesday of the month at 10 am. We have an opening for
an additional committee member at this time if anyone is interested.
We always welcome residents to join us and share their ideas or

Landscape Committee
The results of our Landscape Committee elections were announced in
December. Beginning in January two new office holders began their tenure:
Nanette Scott as our chairperson and Kirk Freyermuth as our co-chair. In
addition, Bonnie Makela will continue as our secretary.
We would like to thank our former chair Lynette Simonson for serving
the last four years, during some difficult times including the beginning of
the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, the Landscape Committee is working with Park West
Management in the Monarch, Laurel, and Springdale landscaping
renovations. Although it will take time, the results will add color and beauty
to our neighborhoods. With Park West as our only landscape company now it will
be easier to provide a new and consistent vision for our community. ~ Nancy Justice,
