INTRODUCING
OUR NEW
GENERAL MANAGER
DAVID MAY
David May comes to Solera Diamond Valley with a great deal of
experience in both real estate and HOA Property Management. He
began his career in real estate in 1990 as a Realtor and he received his
Broker's License in 1996. David branched out into the HOA Property
Management field in 2001 as a Community Manager for a large HOA
Management Company. In 2004, he and his wife moved to Georgia to
be close to one of their sons. While there, they opened up a Property
Management Company that primarily focused on HOA Management.
After a couple of "bug filled" years, they decided to sell their company
and move back to their home state of California and open up another
HOA Property Management Company, this time in Murrieta. They
sold that company in 2018 to do some traveling, but after the passing
of his wife in 2019, David found that he needed more to do, so he
applied for and accepted the General Manager position at Solera. He
is looking forward to working with the Board and residents of Solera.
David has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management
from Cal Poly, Pomona, and he continued to pursue his professional
education through CAI (Community Associations Institute) and has
received the designations of CMCA (Certified Manager of Community
Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), and PCAM
(Professional Community Association Manager). David also retired
from the U.S. Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
