Until the computer room in the Clubhouse becomes available, volunteers can only provide limited support via the phone or Zoom conferencing. Technical Advisory Group Village Vets By early February, the Veteran's Administration had administered over 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines. For veterans who meet the qualifications for vaccines but have not been scheduled for one through other sources, you can contact them at https://wwva.gov/ health-care/covid-vaccine/ for additional information. For years, Barbara Hazlett was the Village Vets Club's elected Secretary. Barbara passed away recently and will be missed by many of us that have worked with her in a variety of projects. Our current Secretary, Linda Strohm, will be moving from OHCC to be closer to her family. We are in need of a volunteer to become the Village Vet Club's Secretary. If being a participating member of the Village Vet's board is of interest to you, please contact David Hefler. Treasurer Bob Smith has a special box inside his front gate at 5059 Dassia Way for 2021 dues. As you may be aware, we continue to provide support to our military friends even during these difficult times. Our dues are $10 per person. Please include your phone number or email on your check so we can contact you for any additional information, and mark it "2021 dues." We intend on keeping members informed with our monthly Bugle publication both online and delivered to them.
