SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | APRIL 2021 3 By Melissa Valona Thank you to everyone who participated in the Valentine's Day Heart Scavenger Hunt. A special thank you to Jan Munn for providing me with the idea. There are photos provided of all the correct locations of the hearts. Clues: 1. You will find me peeking around the corner, standing tall. This is the heart on the sign near the front entrance. 2. I am number one. This is the heart on the first bridge on the paseo. 3. I like to hangout in a special place where my friends gather. The bulletin board. 4. I love my country. A heart on a tree in front of an American flag on the paseo. 5. I am at the halfway point. On the trash bin outside the paseo restrooms. 6. I am a lean, green hydration machine. Water fountain at the park. 7. I like to cook. A heart was placed on one of the BBQs at the park. 8. Feeling cold? I might keep you warm. The fireplace in the back patio. The term to guess was Olive You! I did a little trick and pulled a pun. The winner of the scavenger hunt is Clare and Daniel Mendez. Clare was a lady on a mission, and she succeeded. For the month of April there will be a few events to look forward to. With the update of COVID-19 outdoor restrictions beginning April 1, live outdoor concerts, sporting events and other entertainment can resume in Riverside County. The number of spectators allowed at venues will be dependent on a county's color-coded tier of the state's reopening framework. • Purple tier: Outdoor sports and other live events with an audience of 100 people or fewer are allowed. Reservations are required and only visitors from within 120 miles will be allowed to attend. Concession and concourse sales will not be allowed within the purple tier. • Red tier: Spectators are allowed up to 20 percent capacity. In- seat concession sales are allowed, but concourse sales are not. Visitors from within California are allowed only. • Orange tier: Spectator capacity increases to 33 percent. Visitors allowed from within California. • Yellow tier: Spectator capacity increases to 67 percent. Visitors allowed from within California. What does this mean for Solera Diamond Valley? That means outdoor events will be able to offer seating at the restricted capacity. (No more grab and go or tailgate events, unless otherwise planned.) In the month of April we will be having a community wide Easter Egg Hunt, Wine tasting with Kirk Green and a talk with Rancho Medical. I am so excited to get back to our events and daily activities. Look forward to seeing you all soon! Lifestyle Report
