We have been busy planning for the
future. We anxiously wait for a time that
we can all be together again. It all depends
on the government's COVID-19 regulations and staff
availability. For now, club members will be informed
of any programming by email as events are scheduled. All
performances will be produced on Zoom until we can meet in the
clubhouse again.
Calling all new OHCC residents: If you have an interest in the
theatre (acting, tech, reading, costumes, set design, audience, etc.),
please consider joining the Theatre Arts Club. Contact Jean Hefler at

We're pleased to announce that Patricia Moran Collins, will direct
readings of two Zoom plays, Can I Put you on Hold? and Chatterton
Country Club. Performances will be held April 21 and 22, at times
to be determined. Watch your tubes and check your email for
information about times and reservations!
Actors' Workshop and Readers' Theater have ceased gathering in
public. They are, however, open for new members. For information,

In February, we were treated to an interesting presentation by
David Ellenstein, the artistic director of North Coast Repertory
Theatre, called, "Keeping Theatre Alive in the Age of COVID." This
was a highly informative talk, especially for
anyone planning future theater outings.
Our last virtual play reading was Anita
Simons' The Leisure Set. If you missed the reading,
we will provide a link for our members only to watch a
recorded version in the comfort of your home. Please request
that link from Anita Simon (asimonsays@gmail.com).
Play Readers Theater next Zoom performance will take place in
May. Remember, only Theatre Arts members receive emails with a
link to watch our Zoom productions.
Our next Board meeting is scheduled for April 15, via Zoom, at a
time to be determined. The Board meetings are open to all members.

inbox for details.

and activities. Your Board of Directors has voted to roll over 2020
paid dues to 2021. If you were NOT a member in 2020, or are a
new resident to OHCC (our annual dues are only $10 per person),
please contact any of our Board members who will gladly accept
membership checks.
